We have one tour daily at 8 AM only.
We depart promptly at 8 AM. If you think you are going to arrive late, please call us and let us know. On rare occasions we may delay our departure due to weather conditions.

Our Ultimate Manatee Tour is priced at $99/person.
(plus applicable taxes)
We require a minimum of 2 persons and have a maximum of 6 persons.
Our tours last approximately 6 hours.
Tours may be cancelled due to lightning or hurricanes in which case your money will be fully refunded.

A Manatee Protection Surcharge of 2% will be will be added to your total fee that will be forwarded to the Friends of Chassahowitzka, a 501c(3) charitable organization, that will be earmarked for the safety of manatees in our local waters. These funds will be directed towards law enforcement to ensure that manatees are protected.

If you wish to opt out of this surcharge, please notify me at the time of your booking.

We urge other Tour Operators, Businesses, Rental Boat Operators, Kayak Rental Companies and Private Manatee Protection organizations to follow our lead in this. Funds raised for this will be used for the law enforcement needed in our county for the well being of manatees.

Cancellation Policy

We require fourteen (14) days notification if you wish to cancel a tour. This is consistent with airline, car rental agency and hotel policies. We will not refund short-notice cancellations. We pre-charge all credit card reservations for the cost of the tour. We have always required a credit card to hold a reservation. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of people reserve spots on a tour and then not show up. We make a commitment to you, who often travel long distances to get here, that you will have a seat on one of our boats. We need the same commitment from you that you will arrive and be on time. Otherwise, we needlessly disappoint someone else who would have liked your space(s) on the tour and / or we pay a Captain that we did not need. This cancellation policy is to give us time to re-sell any seats left vacant and helps us keep our prices reasonable for you. Thank you for understanding.
